And having pleased the needs of artists such as Whitney Houston, Placido Domingo, Brooks & Dunn, Britney Spears, and many many others, Bryan has taken that experience, applied it to real estate to provide clients with a great Buyer's Plan or effective Home Selling Marketing plan. Backed up with in-depth knowledge of the real estate marketplace, plus hands on contact to the best mortgage rates, city planning, construction / renovation , and local community information.

Shawn and Bryan are also very much into their family of two lovely daughters and into the South Surrey community in which they live. Bryan, has a passion for working with youth also, but through sports. Bryan coaches minor hockey, in the community, to which he has been honored with "coach of the year " on numerous occasions and was recently awarded "coach of the year" for the entire lower mainland of Vancouver.
